David H. Frost is a practicing attorney, state-licensed & admitted to practice in Michigan since 1976, and federally licensed since 1982. His practice in Michigan was primarily in the immigration area and in sophisticated & complex business formation and real estate litigation & development. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and participates in their seminars and discussions on numerous immigration topics. From Iceland to Samoa and from Tibet to French Guiana, he has represented thousands of immigration clients. For the last six years, he has focused exclusively on immigration law.
Michigan-educated, he has also been educated at the Universidad de México and taken numerous and varied continuing legal education classes.
He has lived in Michigan, Mexico, Colorado, and Australia, and he now resides in Charleston, South Carolina.
Paralegals are college graduates with continuing education in immigration matters. Other staff members are dedicated & specifically trained as it relates to immigration case management.
