This system is provided by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) to create a portal to enable employers and attorneys to access current case information in a secure manner. It provides an acceptable method to file Prevailing Wage Requests utilized in numerous USCIS employment petitions with the DOL (ETA).
