Under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which is a treaty between Canada, Mexico, and the United States, there are specific regulations and visas for people entering the U.S. There are specific programs that provide privileges to people passing between the Canadian, Mexican, and U.S. borders at land crossings and certain airports.
