EB-4 Visa, NATO-6 Green Card Program in Charleston, SC
Some individuals who are married NATO employees, spouses and their unmarried children, or spouses and children of deceased NATO-6 employees are eligible to apply for permanent residence (green card) under this special program if they entered the U.S. under NATO-6 immigrant status. This special program also applies to retired NATO-6 employees who meet the qualifications.
To be eligible, a USCIS Form I-360 with accompanying documents, biometrics, and required filing fees must be approved, and the applicant must then wait for admission into the U.S. as a fourth-preference EB-4 visa category similar to an employment entry.
