Humanitarian Parole
Humanitarian Parole in Charleston, SC
Foreign Nationals situated outside the U.S. who are inadmissible can petition for humanitarian parole, a form of discretionary lawful admission, temporarily, on a compelling emergency for "urgent humanitarian reasons" or for "significant public benefit".
Submission Process
First normal immigration procedures and application processes cannot be bypassed. After denial thereof, an application is made on USCIS Forms I-131 & I-134, with accompanying documentation and payment of all required filing fees.
Re-Parole Requests
Extension of the parole can be requested provided they are filed before the expiration of the previously granted parole expires.
